I have two bedrooms available in a 4 bed/ 2 bath house only 15 minutes from downtown. Great location with quick access to all major highways so you can escape into the mountains, make it to work on time, or get to Boulder. Only 3 of the 4 bedrooms would be occupied so there’s no worries of an overcrowded home. Home features:

• laundry room
• large fenced in backyard
• 2 living rooms -Covered deck -West facing (perfect mountain sunset views)

No smoking inside home.

A little about me:

I’m 25 years old, work remote for an app company so I try getting out of the house whenever possible. I love the outdoors, cooking, and snowboarding.
