Jacob's room

This is a small apartment near SDSU. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We currently are looking for the 4th person to fill the recently vacant room here. This apartment is on the smaller side because it is intended for college students in the area; though we each have our own room.

The lease is termed for 6 months, and the room is available now. The only requirements are a background check from the Landlord, and the Tenants approval.

Some Notes:

1. The laundry machine is outside in a shed with two washers and driers. Each cost $1.50 each.
2. There is parking here, but it has 9 spaces and is often all taken. The street car park works fine with us.
3. A tenant and I smoke weed, but the other does not. We both smoke in our own rooms and keep the house clean with respect to each other. If you have allergies and are concerned at all, do not reach out.
4. Everything is furnished already except your bedroom.
5. No AC, but the area only gets hot July through Mid September. Easily doable with fans.

We are 3 young men in our mid 20s. We treat each other very respectfully in how we interact and take care of the house. We enjoy talking when we see each other, but our schedules don’t line up often. However, we are all very friendly and respect that everyone is sharing the space and living their own lives.

The other two roommates were already decades long friends, and I knew one of them by acquaintance. They both moved in recently during the summer. I have lived here for 2 years and have made it home.
