Large furnished room for rent.

We’re looking for a short term roommate to share our 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment, located in central Hollywood, utilities and wifi included.

The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed and a memory foam mattress topper. The large room measures 12’x12’6.“ It has large, mirrored sliding door closets and hardwood floors. There’s a mounted flat screen TV with various subscriptions for your use, as well as air conditioning. The shared bath is located just outside of the room and the large living space and kitchen are open plan and provide additional comfortable living space.

There is ample street parking with no restrictions other than the couple hours of street cleaning. The apartment is close to Runyon Canyon, Hollywood and Highland metro station, grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants.

We are a couple that have been together for 14 years. We are fit, eat healthy and mostly cook and meal prep at the apartment. We enjoy traveling and simply relaxing at home on nights that we don’t work. We’re both in our early 40’s and have built a nice calm, clean, and comfortable home environment for ourselves. We’re both studying and pursuing work in computer programming and design. While we work towards that, we both have jobs in nightlife and operate our home business out of the office in our apartment during the days.
