Two bedroom 1100 sq ft townhouse in Central Park (formerly known as Stapleton). We are in a lovely neighborhood just across the street from Bladium indoor soccer complex and CrossFit gym. We are close to multiple shopping centers and grocery stores. Stanley marketplace and of course the lovely Central Park are both a quick walk from the house. We have a small front yard and a back patio. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house on the street. We do have a garage but it is mostly taken up by our home gym. The room that is available for rent has a full sized closet, an en-suite bathroom and can come fully furnished if you require it and we would be happy to get rid of the furniture in the room if you prefer to furnish it yourself.

My boyfriend and I have owned this home for just over 2 years. Our friends and family have lived in our spare bedroom for the last two years but they have all moved out of town and we actually really like having a roommate so we are now looking to fill the space with someone new! Cade works in finance in Arvada and I work in sales from home. We have been dating for over 6 years and enjoy going on weekend camping adventures in the warmer months and do a fair bit of traveling in the colder months. We don’t have any pets just yet but are very welcoming to most pets and plan to get a dog of our own hopefully soon.
