Bedroom on second floor, woodstove, large yard with a fire pit, off street parking, full access to laundry room which is also a half bathroom, covered front porch, close to shopping. Absolutely no cigarettes. Cannabis okay outside. Cat negotiable, must be friendly with other cats, fixed, and up to date on shots.

My husband, early 30s. Me, SAHM late 20s, and our infant and 2 cats. Just a couple of chill stoners and their rainbow baby. Rent is essentially month to month but we’ve been here for a few years. No lease in place. We have very clear and firm expectations for moving into this house with our child. Nothing outlandish but we are picky.
