Hello - I have a furnished room with a private bath attached in a quiet neighborhood. All Bills Paid. The room is for ONE person.

The one-story house has 3 bedrooms/3 baths, approximately 2700 sq. feet and alarm/camera monitored. The room (15x20 ft) is modestly furnished with Queen size bed, pillow-top mattress, five-drawer chest, nightstand, with a new t.v. and ceiling fan. Bedding, linens, and towels are also provided if needed.

I keep the home relatively clean and clutter-free. You’ll have access to the kitchen, common areas, and washer/dryer. Parking on driveway. I have high-speed internet. I’m requesting $800/month with a $400 refundable deposit. Rent includes utilities, but not toiletries and food. Sorry, no pets.

HEB, restaurants, and shopping centers are within 1-2 miles. Very close to Westpark Tollway, Grand Parkway, and I-10 for an easy commute to downtown.

I am a very low keyed, well-read professional, and maintain a peaceful lifestyle. I have 3 sweet fur babies whose full-time job is to hold down the floor. They are very spoiled and bathed every week.

Outside of work, I try to exercise 2-3 times a week, I do Spin Classes, bike, and run. I love to try new recipes and like making meals for my friends and families. So far so good, nobody has died from my cooking.
