Four bedroom house with one room available. Living room and kitchen are shared spaces, and there’s a front and backyard as well. Utilities are included in the rental price.

Lesbian couple with a one year old, and one other roomie. We already have a dog, turtle, and cat, so we aren’t looking to have more animals (unless they will be confined to a cage/aquarium in your room). We appreciate clear communication and will offer the same courtesy.
