AMENTIES: In unit washer/dyer, shared Peloton and workout equipment/mats, Shared TV in living room, Vivint home security with app connectivity/AC controllability, Traeger Smoker/BBQ, and an extra fridge in the garage for food storage. Limited Storage space available in the garage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, air-fryer, etc.

PARKING: Street parking available.

LOCATIONS: Located near several grocery stores/restaurants and 10 minutes from the entrance to Highway 580 by South Meadows Parkway. Looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean person. Proof of ability to pay rent will be needed (Pay stubs, Bank statement) to apply. Move in requires first month rent plus security deposit of $800.
