Looking for a friendly, neat, and easy-going female roommate to share my 3-bedroom/3bathroom townhouse in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys near Ventura/Sherman Oaks Galleria.It is a great location and accessible having the 101 and 405 freeway close by.The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser,closet, and has its own separate bathroom adjacent. You will also have a private parking spot in the two-car garage. The townhouse is spacious and well-maintained, with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, private garage, and guest bathroom downstairs. This would be on a month-to-month basis. Please no pets. This would be a first time for me renting a room out in my place, hopefully it will be a smooth experience. $1700 ( utilities included)

I am 32 years old, extroverted, and easy going. I am the only one living here; I won’t be receiving aid from my family shortly, therefore I want to rent out one of the rooms. I am a graduate student and work 4 days a week. I am very social, I do smoke but never in the house only on the patio.
