First-floor bedroom in a clean, smoke-free, animal-free home in wooded North Stonington. You’ll fall asleep to frogs and birds, not traffic. The room comes furnished, but can be cleared out if you prefer to bring your own setup. The house is actively maintained and consistently upgraded. Shared amenities include: Peloton, free weights, sauna tent (used ~4x/week, open to housemates), freeze dryer, Instapot, induction stove, cast iron, in-unit laundry, high-speed internet, and a full set of power tools if you have a project. HEPA air filtration runs throughout, notably good for anyone with allergies or asthma. There’s a spacious yard and berry bushes outside. Conveniently located off Route 184 with quick access to I-95. Heads up: North Stonington is genuinely rural and car-dependent. Worth knowing before you reach out.

Three of us: a tech-focused DIY type who’s constantly improving the house, a work-from-home professional who keeps things immaculate, and Kevin, Navy, quiet, and tidy. A couple of us are into FPV drones, and the wooded property gives us plenty of space to fly. We’re easygoing and professionally oriented, but not boring about it. On any given weekend someone might be jumping out of a plane or lining up a group ride. You’re welcome to join, never pressured to. We care about cleanliness, minimal clutter in shared spaces, and being the kind of housemates you genuinely don’t mind running into in the kitchen.
