The room is still fairly new, as the entire townhouse was recently built in 2015. Currently it is carpeted, however this will be replaced with luxury vinyl plank before anyone moves in. The room is positioned on the second story of the townhouse, with each additional room being on a different floor, so there is plenty of space for privacy! Room also includes your own bathroom, and is conveniently next to the laundry room, kitchen, dining area and balcony.

Room does not directly include garage access, however there are plenty of parking options directly outside.

Looking for someone to rent out our spare bedroom on the second floor of our townhome! House is currently co owned by myself and a friend I have known for years. We both work frequently and typically keep to ourselves, however do not mind living with and engaging with others. My girlfriend also lives with us, which is why we are specifically looking for a female renter so she is more comfortable with someone new. We are also pet friendly, as I have a dog myself, who gets along well with other animals!
