About the Home: My husband and I live here and are fairly quiet. We love to cook and keep a calm, positive environment. We also have one other tenant who works full-time and is very quiet.

Light cigarette smoking happens occasionally inside the home and is fine as long as it’s not excessive. Other smoking or substances must be done outside.

Tenant Screening Requirements (Please Read Before Applying or setting up a time to see the room available)

To ensure a safe and respectful living environment, all applicants must complete a standard tenant screening process. The following will be required before approval:

• Completed rental application • Government-issued photo ID • Full background check (criminal, eviction, and credit) • Proof of income (minimum 3x monthly rent) • Employment verification • Previous landlord reference(s) • Security deposit + first month’s rent due at move-in • Signed room rental agreement and house rules

These requirements may be flexible upon discussion of we find that the potential tenant is a good fit.

Me and my husband both work full time as well as the other roommate. The only reason we are listing the room is because one of our long term tenants is moving out of town.
