This is my private home . You would be renting from me. I do not like drama. There is another couple that lives on premises. You would share the bathroom. You have access to kitchen, laundry, internet. If you want tv in your room I will install the line. This is not all bills paid. The room is unfinished, may have a night stand and it is clean . You may decorate accordingly. I respect it is your area and will abide by that unless I’m given a reason. I live here with my dog . My expectations are pay your bills on time, be respectful, clean up after yourself, communicate any concerns. I mind my own business, unless it involves my family or my home.

We all work , you will share the bathroom . I have purchased a small fridge that is yours to use and keep clean, brand new . My kitchen you have full access to. Along with the laundry room . You have access to the living room , backyard. I have a lawn man that maintains the lawns outdoors. You are welcomed to schedule appt with me to met and see the area, no obligation.
