Carla's room

This is a relatively new house in a quiet neighborhood. There are trails and lakes nearby, and close to I25 for an easy commute to any surrounding areas. Street parking. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, no cable. Laundry room is on the same floor. No pets. No Smoking. No overnight guest. Must pass a background check. This lease would be month to month but ideally I would like someone long term if things work out.

I live in this home with my teenager and a cat. We are very clean and quiet. I work a lot, remote and in office. I usually wake up around 6:00am and go to bed around 10:00pm. I’m a business professional so other business professionals or students are welcome.
