In the building there are 2 pools, gym, office rooms and restaurant inside the building
Location is downtown- the centre of Miami It’s across the Brickell (3 min), South Beach (9min) and Wynwood district (7min). The building is right next to I-95 road, so you will be never stuck in traffics
