Very spacious (200 sqft), private room in a shared house. Room comes already furnished. Property located within a 10min drive to Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Miami Int. Airport, etc. Next to I-95. Public transportation, including bus and metro rail are available nearby.

There are three bedrooms in the house (one for each roommate). Shared kitchen, Livingroom and bathroom. You would only be sharing the bathroom with the other roommate since I use my own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer machine available. Outside, there is a side-porch with chairs. The monthly charge includes all the utilities (internet, water, electricity, etc.)

The room is very spacious, right next to the main entrance hallway. It comes with a bed, closet, couch, nightstand, TV stand (includes the TV). The room is to be used by one person only (no couples, or kids), no pets. Guests are allowed up to 3 times a week. No smoking inside the room or the house, only outside / porch.

The roommates are myself and another guy who came to Miami for work. We are both pretty relaxed and friendly, we both work during daytime.
