Bobby Williams's room

The house is 4,312 Square feet and three stories. Its a room with your own kitchen, laundry machines, and bathroom. It is a room that is part of a 1912 square foot basement in total. I don’t have to go in your room ever, but I do use the basement because I have a 300 gallon aquarium in it. Sometimes we watch football on Saturdays (I usually go downtown) because I have 3 big screens on one wall, but no one will go in your room. We also have a pool table and basketball arcade. I have a basketball court and a pickleball court in the yard that you’re welcome to use. The house is 100 yards off the golf course.

It’s a three story house. Myself and another straight guy live upstairs and we have been friends since middle school. One of us has a sweet dog named Callie that is 10 years old. I am responsible for 26 restaurants in the Upstate. I’m looking for a cool person to pay rent and pay this basketball/pickleball court off quicker. I might decide not to rent it out.
