I live in a three bedroom, two bath (full) house in Prescott Valley. Currently, the master bedroom and full bath is available to rent - $1000/month plus utilities. There is a large beautiful fenced backyard and the house is in a quiet neighborhood.
About the roomies
I am an academic professional and work near downtown Prescott. I have a dog. My mother recently moved to an assistive living facility and therefore her room is for rent. I work a lot of hours and on my days off I like getting outdoors. However, I also enjoy watching TV, doing crafts, gardening/yard work and puttering around the house.
