Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 full bath located in downtown Glendale. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom are occupied by just me. You will have the entire second bed and bathroom upstairs. In-unit washer and dryer, all utilities and internet will be paid for by me. I ask that you send me your portion a few days before the end of the month so that we don’t accrue the late fee.

Walking distance from the Galleria and Americana. Plenty of food, coffee and other shops close by.

1 small dog (Kato).

I would be the only other tenant in the unit. I work from home but go into the office once a month. I’m pretty active and like to go out with friends most weekends. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do.
