Jordan's room

I have an 1800 ft² house in the Parkwood subdivision. Behind the house is the neighborhood walking trail and the Leon Creek greenbelt. You would have your own large bedroom with two walk-in closets and a private bathroom. It is just me in the house. I generally keep the place pretty clean. There’s a large covered patio with seating and a hot tub. Must be cat friendly.

It’s just me living in the house. I’m 36 and work from home. I like to stay somewhat active outside, including biking, skating, disc golf, paddle boarding, etc. I’m pretty clean and quiet, and I’m hoping for the same from a roommate.
