Looking for a roommate in fully furnished house near Powers and Carefree. The room features new flooring and is furnished with a Queen size bed, desk/chair and nightstand. The house has 3 bathrooms shared amongst several roommates. Common areas include 2 large living rooms. The kitchen has a peninsula and plenty of storage space. Rent is $750/month and includes all utilities (water, trash, electric, internet and security system). Common laundry room.

There are currently 5 roommates living in the house and they are all fairly close and pretty social, but will respect the needs of anyone who moves into the house. All work and range in age between 20-30, so ideally want someone who is similar in age, but really just want someone who is respectful and will get along with the current tenants.
