Currently we are renovating the property, we have painted the interior and exterior of the home, remodeled the kitchen & added new appliances. next, we are going to work on bathroom renovation and flooring. The picture of the bathroom is the renovation proof and plan. Brand new washer and dryer in a newly renovated garage. The home is spacious, and clean, house cleaner comes regularly. The home is in a quiet, family filled neighborhood. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful. We are working professionals and do not live in the home but do come to meet with contractors, house cleaner and maintenance. The home is totally livable and the renovations are more so for aesthetic purposes. we can not accommodate children or pets at this time. only looking for one person (no couples) to rent to.
