I’m a professional male I live here in snellville looking to rent out one bedroom to the right person

I have a college student that goes in and out but he’s quiet no alcohol no drugs and he works part-time I work for myself so I’m in and out I get up at 6:00 a.m. I’m back home sometimes at 10:00 a.m. I have other work to do we’re pretty quiet we like to have fun laugh and talk with each other I live on the quiet Street here in snellville highway 78 close to downtown snellville from Walmart all the shopping maybe walking distance and not too far from South Gwinnett high School
