Room has its own private entrance and small yard area, there’s no access to my home. Room includes private full bath, small double refrigerator and single stove top, and pantry. This unit is downstairs as part of a two story home. Street parking only.

I’m a 39 year old women who works from home, my two teenage sons also live here and we have three small dogs who are only outside if weather permits. We also have an indoor cat.
