North Euclid Avenue

4 bedroom house right off Euclid Ave, looking for some of the other two bedrooms. Utilities would be included with rent. 5 mins from U of A and downtown. I am a student at the U of A going into my senior year and my roommate, Ethan, is a personal trainer. I also have a handsome dog named Jack, he is great but can get really excited but no doubt anyone would love him after he warms up to them. The house has a backyard and we have a full home gym set up. If you were to rent you’d have full access to the gym and will be invited to workout with us whenever we lift. We cook often and do our best to keep the house clean but it can get messy at times. If you’d like your room to be furnished we could possibly arrange that. Thanks
