*2 bedrooms available for rent - $650 monthly rent per room. *2.5 baths (we have the master bedroom with master bathroom) - roommates would be sharing 1.5 baths. *washer / dryer included. *free utilities (we also provide bottled water for the house). *internet included (google fiber). *smoker friendly, just no smoking in the house. *no animals per lease. *must keep common areas clean. We don’t expect the house to be spotless every single day, just not dirty multiple days in a row.
*must have stable reliable job with transportation.
