Southeast Salmon Street

Looking to fill 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom house in the SE Hawthorne/Buckman neighborhood until June 30 2024. It’s a rental so rent is non negotiable! I pay $1,100. You will need to apply and be screened through the rental company!

Room 1: $1,100: Medium-sized Room with large closet.

Room 2: $1,000: This room is the smallest room and does not have a closet. But there’s space for a queen bed, desk, dresser, and mirror.

• There’s basement space for storage if needed.

-2 shared Bathrooms (one only has a bathtub with no standing room so like 1.5)

-Utilities are NOT included in the rent but include wifi, electric, water, gas, and monthly housekeeping and landscaping. It really ranges month to month but utilities average $80-200/person/month.

• No driveway, just street parking (very safe street so little to no break ins thankfully)

I’m Olivia! 22, recent Bio/Psych graduate doing research at OHSU-Marquam Hill. I like to do my own thing but also love to be around genuine and kind people. I like thinking about life and random things about it which is why I like science a lot. I make clothes and do sporadic crafty things otherwise.

Two other roomies lived in this house for a year but are now both having a change in living situations so I’m looking to fill the two spots until the end of the lease. There’s an option to go month to month following that but my plans are currently up in the air.
