ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is very large, in good condition, and is in a beautiful setting, facing a 350 acre park with tennis courts, recreational areas, soccer fields, basketball courts, formal gardens, and miles of hiking trails and bike paths through unspoiled nature. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ballston Metro is just over a mile with easy bus, bike, and pedestrian access. It’s about a 10 minute drive to DC. Close to shopping & public pool. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, ultra-high-speed internet included with rent. Share fully-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace. Central air conditioning, street parking.
