About the room
This is a townhouse style apartment with a private balcony entrance, it’s pretty spacious with two floors and big bedrooms. No dishwasher or w/d but there is a laundry facility in the complex. We only pay electric which is usually just 50-75 a person. There is one cat in the apartment but other cats/pets are welcome (no dogs)
About the roomies
I am 21, I’ve lived here in Kent for 2 years & work at a library. I love to read (go figure) play games and go on long hikes
