Hello, I am planning on moving in early November. I have just submitted my application for a townhome in the Wake Robin complex (Aspen style townhome). Bus #8 goes right through the complex, so it would be great for Ohio State students. The townhome is 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and 1050 Sq. Feet. There is also a full basement. Everything will be furnished except for the second bedroom. Total rent is $1,100 ($550 per person). I’m not sure what to expect for utilities.

I’m looking for another female - either a grad student or working professional. In order to avoid a negative experience, I will request personal references and employment verification to make sure that my future roommate is stable (mentally and financially). In return, I am happy to provide the same.

I am the Managing Director at a local tutoring center. I work 11-8 Mon-Thurs and 7-4 on Saturdays. I have 1 senior dog who is crated during the day while I’m not home. I also have 3 cats. Since most complexes only have a 2 pet limit, this complex thinks I have 1 dog and 1 cat (if maintenance ever came over, all of the cats would hide anyway). Therefore, I won’t be able to accept any other dogs. However, additional cats and caged animals are welcome (cats hide and caged animals don’t cause damage). My cats get along well with other cats and my dog just wants to be friends with everyone.
