Lawrence's room

Appliances are 11 years old. Internet access available. TV in the living room. Mostly furnished master bedroom with bed (original bed can be removed if you have your own bed), dresser and dresser with mirror. The master bedroom does have an old standing radio/phonograph player under the window in which you can place your stuff on. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a ceiling fan as well. Living room, hallway and bedrooms are carpeted. Mostly a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Shared kitchen, bathroom and mailbox. If you have kids, there’s not enough space for kids in the master bedroom and that’s the main reason why I don’t allow kids.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately since mom was placed in a nursing home, I’m in the process of having to move stuff out of her master bedroom. I’m mostly a quiet person. I don’t have a radio on blaring music. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs. On occasions I’ll have the TV on. I do have some pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and cups to use for the kitchen. Some pots and pans I would need to get out of storage. I have my bike in the kitchen. There are two doors to the apartment, one from the kitchen and the other from the living room. I don’t use or allow access to the living room door because I want to keep the carpet in the living room clean especially when it’s snowing or raining outside; plus I don’t want cold air to get through the living room. Use the kitchen door when entering and exiting the apartment.
