Single room with your own bathroom. Good location near Highway 75 and the Braves Stadium. Currently don’t have washer and dryer, but I’m looking to get them, and there is also washer and dryer at the leasing office that I’ve been using. Area is pretty solid, I’ve been here for three years I think and just renewed the lease for one more year.

I work from home and live pretty quietly overall. I have two cats. I don’t really use the living room that much and prefer to stay in my room when I’m home. You’ll see comics and nerd junk on the walls lol so that’ll tell you a bit about me. I’m just looking for a roommate to save some extra money. Ive had a few friends as roommates in the past and a couple people I’d never met. Would like someone who is just cool. Simple as that. No need to be super homies or anything, just someone who has rent and is able to communicate if they have any issues. I try to keep things clean too, but I’m also a guy….so I know my standards can be lower than some. But I can adjust 😁
