Safety Harbor- Room available for rent in a private home (3 Bed/2 Bath, 2000 Square Feet) in a nice neighborhood. King bed, flat screen TV, private bath, private refrigerator. Sharing a home with a family of 3 and a rock star dog. The home has a large yard, 2 living rooms, a dining room,  and a baby grand piano, with an extensive library and kitchen. Tenant needs to be employed and dog friendly, with no drugs and alcohol abuse, and no criminal record. We are an easygoing and friendly family, looking for a long-term arrangement, but would like to start month by month to ensure compatibility. $900 per month, utilities included (discount available to teachers and first responders)

Father, mother, 8th grade son, 2 year old puppy. Very friendly and well traveled. Love sports and great food.
