I recently relocated to Europe but need to keep my apartment as a base for my US company. I would mostly live aboard and would come only 5/6 times per year depending on business needs. When visiting we would share the apartment, I would come either alone or with my daughter, and would need exclusive access to my office (the den). The rest of the time, the person would live alone in the apartment and can use my office if maintained as is. The second bedroom/bathroom would be PRIVATE and cannot be accessed at any time for any reason. Looking for a very neat and responsible person to share my beautiful and peaceful apartment. No couples, no party people as I want to maintain the peaceful vibe of our community.
