The separate entrance is through the garage and then the stairs to the upstairs are next to it. The room also has a built in desk when you can use either as a make up table or a home office.
The room is on the opposite side of the house of all the other rooms, below your room is the garage and you do not share any walls with any other rooms so even more privacy!

Outside of the neighborhood is a RTD train and bus stop which take you to a lot of places, two of the roommates do not have cars as they can get around with public transportation
Cleaning service that comes in twice a month and cleans the kitchen, all bathrooms, all floors and all common spaces
