This is a 5bedroom 3baths 2,447Sqft house located in Riverview in a nice community called ridge wood big backyard the room I am renting is located on the first floor, the room is fully furnished it also comes with your own walk in shower bathroom right across from the room the kitchen is right by the room internet is included there is no smoking in the house but outside is ok you will also have access to the pool and park if you want to get out and go for a swim or just relax at the park.

I am 33 years old I am originally from Cincinnati Ohio I moved to Florida in 2018 I bought my first brand new house back in 2021 i am a license CNA soon be working on my RN I use to work from TGH but I got injured and had to get foot reconstruction surgery I had to stop working at TGH I now work from home for a company called Epiq my fiancé was currently in a head on collision accident a drunk driver hit him head on so he is currently in the hospital fighting for his life he was a mechanic working for plastic and recycling company I am soon to be married I have 3 kids 2 girls and one boy my girls are currently staying with their dads so it is just me my fiancé and my son and our dog he is a terrier mix he is friendly. We all are friendly people we do stay to ourselves as we do not know many people here in Florida I came up with the idea to rent out my extra bedroom for people who are in need who I can help by any means as I know the cost of living can be a lot I am here to help out anyway I can even if you need to rent the room out for 6months or a year possible longer as long as we communicate I am here to help.
