Hello! Looking to fill the second bedroom in our 2bed/2bath unit. Located on NE Glisan in North Tabor, next to the 60th max station. Rent is $720 not including utilities which will be 50-100 more per month. The unit has a washer/dryer, huge windows, and a balcony with a storage closet. The building has a small gym and is located in a little apartment community that has a playground as well. The unit comes with a parking permit to park on site, and we also have a parking spot in the garage that is $125/mo (currently using the garage spot but giving up the space in October unless we find a roomie who wants it). No security deposit, just a $45 application fee. Let me know your desired move in date, we can do literally anytime starting now.

About us: my partner (Chase, he/him) and I (Mira, she/her) are both 25 and have been dating for almost 6 years and moved to Portland last year from Iowa. We’ve lived together (officially and unofficially) with roommates pretty much since we started dating so have had lots of experience with being respectful housemates. Can likely reach out to our last roommate in Iowa if you want an honest opinion on what it’s like to live with us. We have the bigger bedroom with the attached bathroom. Was supposed to live with a friend who wanted to move out here, but she no longer wants to move. Preferences: Prefer someone in their 20s.
