The room you will be renting is 12x14ft and is furnished with a Queen size pillowtop mattress, a 42“ television, and a computer desk with a chair. It has a walk in closet. Internet and streaming sling tv are included along with a few others like Hulu and Paramount Plus via a Roku box in your room. You have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room and the bathroom is shared with a VERY clean gentleman who is retired and tends to keep to himself. I have 2 pomeranians that stay in my room at the back of the house and exit to the outside via a doggy door in my room.

We are 2 professionals that like a clean, organized home. We prefer to cook/grill vs eating out and tend to eat rather healthy with an occassional drink but please, no drugs allowed. We are respectful of others opinions and we ask you respect ours as well as we like our drama free home. We like to socialize but also value our quiet time as well. No overnight guests please.
