Hi I’m looking to save up some money and I have a spare bedroom. I work early mornings into afternoon 5 days a week. I usually just pc game all day at home. Smoke friendly, drink friendly, I rarely have guests over(usually my grandpa and we play VR games) my fiancé lives in Australia so from time to time she will come visit or I’ll go over there and be gone for awhile. Next door neighbors are good and we talk often. I don’t recommend moving in if you work graveyard, neighbors have 3 kids and they go to sleep between 8-11:30pm bedroom walls match their living room side. I have two reasons to look for a roommate. 1.) my sister moved out and I miss the extra money for new video games. 2.) Getting take out(ps I usually share)
