I’m renting out the other half of my 2/2 with private bathroom. 📍Located in Fort Lauderdale/ Lauderdale lakes area Gated community on a small lake with mile trail, gym, pool, tennis court and basketball court. Unit has a full size washer and dryer. Cost is $1,350 with Wi-Fi, water, trash, electric and purified drinking water service included. I am 27 years old and looking for a clean and respectful roommate (1 person preferably female) who likes to keep an easy going and clean environment. I have a cat and dog, so must be okay with animals! They will be on my side of the unit and I keep your side gated off. Apartment is fully furnished but spare room and bathroom is unfurnished.
