I have a bedroom for rent with a half bad that has a shower. It is furnished you will just need a bed, there is a tv in there as well. Total privacy, access to kitchen, washer and dryer. Come and go as you please. I’m just asking for dependability and to keep it clean. No drugs, preferably no pets as I have two. This can be discussed. I would like references and a background check. This is a very safe neighborhood and is close to anything you would need.

I am 60 years old. I do work from home during the day. Easy to get along with and would never get into your business. I am a Christian. I don’t mind drinking but absolutely no drugs. I have two dogs that are like my children. I would do anything to make you feel welcome.
