Lovely, peaceful semi unfurnished room with closet, in a private home located in a gated community. For one person only. All utilities are included in the rent. Room Comes with 32“ flat screen t.v.- 6 draw dresser with mirror- medium sized fridge; which can also be removed upon request. Use of kitchen. Bathroom shared with one other person. Room- bathroom- kitchen all on top floor with access to large back deck. Off street parking. No pets- no drugs- 420 friendly. There are two very gentle and playful dogs in the home. The community offers lots of amenities such as pools, parks and dog parks, lakes, and beaches. About 15 minutes to all local stores and shopping areas. My husband and I live in our home with our ten year old son and our 22 year old son. We are a very nice peaceful family. We keep a very clean home. Our kids are respectful and kind. Our lovely dogs are very gentle, loving and playful. We love good conversations on a variety of topics. We do not do drugs nor do we drink but we are 420 friendly.
