Beautiful cottage style home with large backyard on a quiet street close to downtown WPB and a block away from intercostal. Plenty of safe parking. Large Kitchen, porch, front and backyard. House is in the historic district of Northwood surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, mango trees, and the beach close by. Private room with three windows, walk in closet, and great sunlight (especially in the mornings). I am hanging up curtains so I will post photos of the room soon, you are welcome to msg me to come see in person. I will only ask for a small deposit if staying over 1 month. no deposit for 1 month stay.

I sell antique and vintage furniture, the house is ever-changing and decorated with antique/vintage with a wabi sabi aesthetic. neutral earth tones that create a serene atmosphere. I am easy going, down to Earth, seeking a temporary roommate to help with rent till I get my business more established and can have the extra money for home repairs and reinvesting in my business. Roommate must be okay and preferably happy about having a dog around. Frankie is 9 and very sweet. The house is pretty magical, has a fire place, great kitchen, large backyard with grill, washer and dryer in garage, safe street.
