Hello, I just signed a lease in Sterling Heights on a 3 bedroom house. The landlord is seeking 1 more person to move in, so I am looking for a roommate!

Rent is $1000 a month, with all utilities included except internet, which I propose we split. The house is currently unfurnished.

A little bit about the property: It an older house off of Mound Road. The area feels somewhat rural. There is a large yard with 2 apple trees in it.

Hello, I just graduated and I have been working in the public sector in Virginia for the past 6 months. I just received a more permanent job offer in Detroit and will be starting on October 9th. Therefore, I just signed this lease.

As a roommate I take personal space seriously and I generally live a low key, quiet and peaceful life. While I am not at work you can usually find me reading, playing music, doing yoga and exploring the outdoors. I also have two adorable cats who love affection and belly rubs. In terms of alcohol/drugs, I am completely sober outside of an occasional drink on the weekends, which is a rarity. Overall, I appreciate a peaceful quiet home. In a roommate I am looking for someone who is clean, and low key. Look forward to talking to you.
