About the room
Hello! My current roommate is moving out so I need someone to take his spot. I’m looking for a female roomie only though It’s a 2b2b, I have the master but they’re roughly the same size. Rent is split, it’s 2076 (so 1038 a month) we’d have a shared garage as well I live at the Wyatt you’re welcome to look them up and see the amenities but I’ve attached some pics of the apartment as it’s fully furnished aside from your room and bathroom ☺️
About the roomies
Im pretty quiet, responsible and clean. I just work and go to the gym on weekdays so basically not ever here lol. I do have two dogs already so no more pets unfortunately as that’s their max 🙁 but they are the sweetest boys and very quiet, they almost never bark other than the occasional zoomies. They also are very welcoming and love cuddling! Just kinda looking for someone who’s also gonna be a chill roomate. Wouldn’t mind getting a friend out of it though! I love snowboarding, hiking, camping, just about anything outdoors
