I own a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in Beaverton. I have 2 rooms available for rent- I have one completely vacant room and another bedroom that is furnished. You would have your own bathroom with shower/tub. The downstairs is a common living space that is completely furnished, and a kitchen full of appliances. There is AC and attached garage parking and guest spots available in a nice neighborhood just minutes from downtown Beaverton and transit lines.

I’m asking $1100/month and that includes all utilities and any streaming services i have (Netflix Hulu, max, Disney, peacock, Amazon)

I am a 34 year old, single healthcare professional looking to share my space with a clean, respectful roommate. I have a small dog who is very sweet but keeps to herself when I’m not home.
