Sanctuary is a haven of serenity a picturesque peace. We have a single room for rent- in a coed shared space.

The property is a short drive to the biggest attractions in Maryland. The house sits on a beautiful lot -with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a short drive to the metropolitan area as it’s a short drive from all major interstates.

The bedrooms are furnished- the room for rent is moderate in size it’s furnished with desk and other amenities for use and a large closet. The shared bathroom is large and comfortable with good size tub to take a relaxing soak.

Home features a guest bathroom and common areas of home-fully equipped kitchen, two backyard decks with a large grill - to enjoy. Flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick for easy access to a variety of entertainment. Home is central to metropolitan area, and 10 minutes from the Arundel Mills, 20 Minutes from Downtown Annapolis, various attractions nearby.

The current housemates are of diverse backgrounds. However, everyone gets along well and is respectful of each other’s space, and lives cooperatively to make the home a conducive and welcoming atmosphere.
