Beautiful private space in two bedroom apartment at a prime location. It occupies the 2nd and third floor, and the only shared spaces are the kitchen, and the porch we walk through to gain access to the apt. We have central heating & AC, and dedicated parking. The living quarters that will be available is on the third floor, and is a large, beautiful space with hardwood floors, several windows and an ensuite bathroom. Laundry is in the basement. The landlord lives on the first floor, and is very nice, responsive, and respectful. Rent will be $1200/month each, plus electric. It’s usually pretty reasonable (I’d say between $60-$90 or so each), with the highest being $100+ in the summer, although that is rare. Wifi, cable, and other utilities are included. Availability is Nov 15 or Dec 1.

I’m a 35 year old professional who is kind, quiet, clean, respectful, and looking for someone similar. My schedule is typically 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, working from home on Mondays and Fridays. I enjoy reading, watching old shows and movies, listening to podcasts, doodling, occasionally crafting, going for walks, attending concerts, meeting new people, and doing some advocacy work. I tend to be a homebody, usually staying home after work.
