Located in Pol lock Pines on 4 acres. Private road in a court, super safe and quiet, right off of Ridgeway. Easy access to freeway, spacious property for gardening, trails, a small creek. For some reason this site won’t allow me to spell Poll ock Pines in full because Poll ock is considered profanity, go figure.

It’s just me, I work for a power utility company, so I work alot. I have a clean safe background and will provide proof from EDC Sheriff’s Office. I’m active and try not to be home on weekends or after work. I try to stay fit, run clubs, hiking, beekeeping, outdoor stuff, motorcycle riding. I’m not dating anyone so I don’t have sleepovers or a constant guest other than my pets. I’m not even from this area. I am also a part time beekeeper with some bees on the property but I promise you, bees don’t bother you, I have kept bees for several years. I can open their hive with no suit or gloves and show you they are docile, they stay very close to their hives, any fears can be dissolved. There are bees naturally all around us and living in trees and you would never know, literally no issue. You want honey? I’ll share some of that when I harvest in the fall. If we decide on sharing a home together, please be social and live your life, play your music loud, watch your shows, cook all you want, be you, you’re safe. I want a cool roomie partner that I can count on like a good friend. If you’re into outdoor projects, gardening, be my guest, if you want raised beds, I’ll make them. If you want chickens, that’s cool too. I’ve had them at one point but too much work for me. I have a rescued dog, he’s extremely friendly and safe, he loves people. I have a bengal cat and a unique tabby cat, both chill and not an issue, the bengal cat is naturally hypoallergenic so no issues with allergies and the other has never given me issues and I have bad allergies to cats, I got lucky with these two. My house does not smell like animals, or odd smells. I’m very clean, always wiping down, vacuuming, staying tidy. I highly recommend you come see the property in person. The room is the master, vaulted ceiling, with own bathroom and walk in closet, patio access, view of backyard. There is currently a queen size bed in there, fairly new, doesn’t get used. The walk-in closet has some clothes in it but will be cleared out asap when someone moves in. The kitchen has new table and chairs, new stainless steel appliances, well kept, organized. Feel free to cook all you want, use anything in the cupboards, spices, make yourself at home, just clean up and don’t leave dishes in the sink for more than a day. If you have any home improvement suggestion or color you want painted, please offer your advice. A fence is going up soon to give my dog a large outside run. A portion of the garage will be available as soon as I get time to install a fence, most likely 3 months from now. Come over and see my messy garage. Also, the yard is getting a little weedy, I stopped spraying roundup so the weeds are kicking my ass. Wanna help pull weeds or weed whack? I’ll pay or lower rent ha! seriously tho.
