Bo's room

Located in Pollock Pines on 4 acres. Between Ridgeway and Sly Park exits. Very quiet, on private court, access to deck, garden, kitchen, laundry, everything. Private room, private bathroom. Spacious, clean, quiet.

It’s just me, I work for a Utility company, I work alot, I’m active and try not to be home on weekends or after work. I rarely have guests over. I have a rescued dog, he’s extremely friendly and safe, he loves people. I have a bengal cat and a tabby cat, both chill and not an issue, one is hypoallergenic so no issues with allergies and my house does not smell like animals. I’m very clean, always wiping down, vacuuming, scrubbing, amd occasionally lighting a candle for smell goods. I highly recommend you come see the property in person. The room is a standard room with closet, window view to front of the house. I have a spare room that is somewhat of an office, so if you need that space too, we can make that work. My room is across the hall and there’s a spare room between us, so no sounds will be heard. The bathroom is private, close to your room. The kitchen is clean, new table and chairs, new stainless steel appliances, well kept, organized. Feel free to cook all you want. Use laundry room all you want, just avoid liquid fabric softener because it ruins wash machines.
