West Wagontrail Drive

This is a 4 bed and 3 full bath house with a huge backyard. It’s in a nice area that’s not too far from downtown, red rocks, and DTC. It has a 1 car garage, but plenty of parking on the street or driveway. The house has a washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances. The only thing that needs to be furnished is the bedrooms.

I am 25 years old. I am an engineer that mostly works in the office. I like to ski, go to concerts, play video games, and like going downtown sometimes. I am respectful of my roommates and try my best to keep the place clean.
